What's useful to send

Corrections. Rules and prices in Thailand change often. If something here is out of date or wrong, please say so — ideally with where and when you encountered the difference. Corrections are the most useful thing anyone can send.

Questions about a post. If something in a guide is unclear, ask. If several people ask the same thing, it usually means the post needs rewriting.

Topic suggestions. If you're trying to work something out and can't find a straight answer anywhere, that's exactly the sort of thing worth covering.

What can't be answered

Individual visa or immigration cases. Every situation differs by nationality, visa category and the office handling it. Getting this wrong has real consequences, so please consult Thai Immigration or a licensed agent rather than a blog.

Legal, tax or medical questions. Same reason.

Emergencies. If something has gone wrong while you are in Thailand, contact your embassy, your insurer, or the tourist police. This site cannot help in real time.

Working together

For collaborations, partnerships or press enquiries, use the same address and include what you have in mind.
