General information only

The content on this site is published for general information. It reflects personal experience and publicly available information at the time of writing.

Regulations in Thailand — immigration rules, banking requirements, transport services, prices — change frequently and often without notice. They also vary between offices, branches and regions. Always confirm anything with consequences against an official source before you act on it.

Not professional advice

Nothing here constitutes legal, tax, financial, medical or immigration advice.

  • Visas and immigration — consult Thai Immigration or a licensed agent
  • Tax and financial matters — consult a qualified professional
  • Medical questions — consult a doctor
  • Legal questions — consult a lawyer

Affiliate disclosure

Some posts contain affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, this site may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not determine what appears here. Products and services are described as they were experienced, including their drawbacks. Where a post contains affiliate links, this is stated within that post.

Advertising

This site displays advertising through Google AdSense. Advertisements are selected automatically and their presence does not imply endorsement. This site does not control which advertisements appear.

External links

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. This site has no control over their content, availability or practices, and inclusion of a link is not an endorsement.

Accuracy and liability

Every effort is made to keep this site accurate and current. No guarantee is given that it is complete, correct or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on the content of this site. Decisions you make based on what you read here are your own.

Corrections

If you find something inaccurate or out of date, please get in touch through the contact page. Corrections are made promptly.

After you create them

  1. Pages → New page for each of the four
  2. Publish each one
  3. Layout → add a Pages gadget so they appear in the site menu
  4. Check they're all reachable from the homepage in one click

That last step matters. A privacy policy that exists but isn't linked from anywhere does not count.
